1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lotlytics ("the Service"), operated by Lotlytics ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lotlytics provides real estate market analytics, data visualizations, forecasts, and related tools. The Service is available via web application at lotlytics.us and any associated subdomains. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Accounts & Authentication
You may sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) as provided by Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Lotlytics offers Free and paid (Pro) tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
6. Data & Accuracy
The data, analytics, forecasts, and scores provided by Lotlytics are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or real estate advice.
We aggregate data from public sources including the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, FRED, Zillow, FEMA, IRS, and others. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data.
You acknowledge that real estate investment involves risk and that decisions should not be based solely on information from this Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, data compilations, and analytics provided through the Service are the property of Lotlytics or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotlytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
